Welcome to the Lexington District’s “Online Worship & Information Center!” I am the Reverend Kenneth Golphin, Presiding Elder of the Lexington District, which is located in the Kentucky Annual Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. The Lexington District is the sole presiding elder’s district in the Kentucky Annual Conference, which encompasses the eastern half of the Commonwealth of Kentucky up to our capital city, Frankfort, Kentucky. We're made up of 28 churches, over 1400 members and we are over 140 years old.
